Dr. Alina Enzensberger is a historian and coordinator of the Integrated Postgraduate Program in the Special Research Area 1369 "Vigilanzkulturen" at LMU. She wrote her dissertation at the Humboldt University in Berlin with the title "Übergangsräume. Deutsche Lazarette im Ersten Weltkrieg." Her research interests regard German and European History in the 19th and 20th century, the cultural history of war, the social history of medicine, as well as the space and city history. Since 2019 she is offering workshops about writing strategies and other aspects of academic writing to doctoral candidates.
